Stellantis changed the settings on E-Shop to make it a requirement to fill out the form to use the DR tool (there appears to have been no official announcement).
Below is what it looks like followed by instructions on how to remove it. (There can be slight variations; at one store the form didn’t pop up until you actually tried to adjust a value).
Instructions
If you click “payment options” you’re greeted by a form fill:
This “Lead Gate” form pops-up that you must fill to move forward with the tool, and here’s where a lot of people will bounce:
Here are some instructions from Stellantis Digital for accessing the settings for E-Shop via Dealer Connect. I’ll also include steps for accessing the lead gating specifically.
First, you will need to log in to each individual dealer’s dealer connect and click the “Sales” tab. Once in “Sales”, click on “Stellantis Digital Dealer”Once you have clicked on “Stellantis Digital Dealer”, you will click the “E-Shop Dealer Admin Tool”

Once in the settings, scroll to about the middle of the page. You will find “Access In-Widget Initial Pop-Up” directly under “Employee Pricing”. Optional will allow the customer to exit out without requiring them to submit name/email/phone number. Mandatory will require them to submit lead info before accessing payment options. Remove means the pop-up won’t even appear:
